Developed since 2014, Biocomma Embed ™ technology is an innovative solution for efficient, expedite and economical oligonycleotide synthesis.

Our Embed ™ seamlessly blends PE powder and CPG powder, before placing them into a mold where they are heated to a high temperature, reaching a molten state. During this process, the PE and CPG materials sinter together, forming a cylinder with a sponge-like porous structure that allows air to permeate. Notably, the CPG is evenly distributed throughout, resulting in what we term a CPG frit.

By adjusting the size of the PE particles, we can precisely control the pore size of the frits. This allows us to regulate the flow rate, serving the purpose of achieving controlled and tailored flow properties.
