Blood Genomic DNA Kit (Magnetic Beads)

CommaXP ^®   Blood Genomic DNA Kit (Magnetic Beads) is designed for rapid and reliable extraction of genomic DNA from fresh or frozen blood samples. DNA adsorbs to the MBP Magnetic Beads in the presence of MBP Buffer ML Impurities are efficiently washed away, and the pure DNA is eluted with Elution Buffer. The extracted DNA is suitable for using in the most sensitive downstream applications, including PCR analysis, restriction enzyme digestion genomic library construction, Southern hybridization, chip detection, high throughput sequencing and other molecular biology experiments.
