Buccal Swab Genomic DNA Kit (Spin Column)

Using classic silica membrane adsorption technology, CommaXP ^®  Buccal Swab Genomic DNA Kit (Spin Column)   can  rapidly extract genomic DNA from different buccal swab sample. The characteristic buffer solution system can collect the  high purity genomic DNA up to 1.0 μg-4.5 μg. The purified genomic DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as  restriction digestion, PCR amplification, real-time PCR, library preparation and other molecular biology experiments.

The swab genomic DNA extracted by Comma’s kit and A company’s kit. The elution volume is 50 μL, sample volume is 6 μL for AGE, Marker volume is 6 μL for AGE. Result: Compared to A company’s extracted DNA, the genomic DNA extracted by Comma’s kit  is higher quantity, more purity.
