Commax™ Premix TGS Buffer Powder

TGS (Tris-Glycine-SDS) Buffer is commonly used in SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Bicomma’s Premix TGS Powder is well mixed and specially processed. It is a white powder with high water solubility. It is easy to use and can be quickly made to 25 mM Tris, 192 mM Glycine, 0.1% (w/v) SDS and pH 8.0-8.6 buffer.

Instruction for use:

1.Each pouch of premix TGS powder can produce 500 mL of TGS buffer as a standard concentration. 
2.The solvent used should be deionized or double distilled water.
3.Dissolve the content of each pouch in 400 mL of deionized or double distilled water and dilute with water to 500 mL.
