Commax™ Premix TAE Buffer Powder

TAE Buffer is commonly used in DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. Bicomma’s Premix TAE Powder is well mixed and specially processed. It is a white powder with high water solubility. It is easy to use and can be quickly made to 40 mM Tris-acetate, 1 mM EDTA and pH 8.0-8.5 buffer.

Instruction for use:

1.Each pouch of premix TAE powder can produce 1,000 mL of TAE buffer as a standard concentration. 
2.The solvent used should be deionized or double distilled water.
3.Dissolve the content of each pouch in 800 mL of deionized or double distilled water and dilute with water to 1000 mL.
