Commax™ Premix PBS Buffer Powder

PBS Buffer is commonly used as a phosphate buffer in Biology. Bicomma’s Premix PBS Powder is well mixed and specially processed. It is a white powder with high water solubility. It is easy to use and can be quickly made to 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 10 mM phosphate ion and pH 7.2-7.4 buffer.

Instruction for use:

1.Each pouch of premix PBS powder can produce 1,000 mL of PBS buffer as a standard concentration. 
2.The solvent used should be deionized or double distilled water.
3.Dissolve the content of each pouch in 800 mL of deionized or double distilled water and dilute with water to 1000 mL.
