Details
CommaPure ® plasmid preparation columns are based on Biocomma's anionexchangeresins. The resins are composed of small particles with a uniformparticle, to provide high yields and reproducible performance.
Extracted plasmid is ready for use in many downstream applications,including sequencing, library construction, transcription, transfection.
Features
- High yield: up to mg-level plasmid DNA
- High purity: like CsCl gradient centrifugation and purification
- Suitable for high or low copy plasmids
Typical results
pUC19 was extracted from 80 mL overnightE.coli (DH5a) using columns O-3002 madeby comapy O and RS3002 made byBiocomma, and the final elution volume was1.0 mL.
